BTAY Foundation

I am a firm believer in the age-old proverb, “it takes a village.” I’ve been blessed with such a strong, ever-expanding village my entire life and have always found it second nature to join others’ villages and help in whatever ways I can.

– Expanding the Village –

The idea of the BTay Foundation was born in 2017, from a simple evening to bring together a village of friends to both share gratitude and collectively engage in service to others. As a village we were able to donate $1,000 worth of children’s necessities and luxuries, supporting 5 families in the Chicagoland area. Each year, the service element combined with the fellowship experience has brought much joy and gratitude to both families and participants. As the table expanded and more families benefited from our giving, this sparked the question, “why not bring this same joy year round?” Thus, the BTay Foundation was officially founded in 2020 to do just that, bring blessings to those around us year round.
